Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds for most products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Opened art supplies (markers, paints, etc.)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please ensure the package is marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges
