ScribaJoy offers Standard Shipping for all orders. This service provides reliable delivery with tracking information.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Package weight
  • Destination country
  • Package dimensions

The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs clearance may cause additional delays for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some restrictions may apply to:

  • Certain hazardous art materials
  • Electronic items with battery restrictions
  • Countries with import limitations

If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is:

  • Complete and accurate
  • Includes apartment/unit numbers if applicable
  • Uses standard address formatting

ScribaJoy is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier first
  2. Report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages)
  3. Provide photos of damaged items and packaging if applicable

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped:

  • In one package when possible
  • In separate packages if items are from different warehouses
  • With partial shipments if some items are backordered

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
